Great location, almost everything is within walking distance. Personnel are tremendous friendly and helpful and talk great English. You’ll find activities every evening and it´s a great way to meet persons. Rooms and amenities are good and towels changed daily. Only problem was beds are somewhat noisy but that’s extremely insignificant. Wonderful value for the price!

Universal Hotel Castell Royal is found in an exceptionally central place, it’s thoroughly clean plus the beds are quite cozy! There is just one thing I might counsel going forward and that’s to provide more hotel amenities, shower gel particularly. However, We were very happy with this place and would definitely suggest it to any one planning to drop by Canyamel.
